Tonight we bought a half pork loin, sliced it thin, and trimmed it. Then I dipped it in a beaten egg and coated with cracker crumbs seasoned with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Pan fried them to golden brown and they were very good but I'd like to 'kick them up a notch'. Any suggestions on marinades or different seasonings to try in the crumbs.
