Opie,

In regards to your Rogator problem:

The calibration values are close to correct.
Set motor speed to "Man Max". Look under Ez-Steer, Engage Options.
Angle/Turn normally runs 17-20 for Rogators. Your values is a little high which probably explains the drifting problem.
Agressiveness runs 120-135% for Rogators.

Yes, upgrading the lightbar and controller firmware will definitely improve peformance. There is one other trick. You didn't mention what model of Rogator....so I'll assume an 8xx series which rides rough compared to the 12xx Rogators. You might experiment with setting the T2 filter to ROLL ONLY. This is only required for machines traveling above approximately 12 mph and have ALOT of bump and vibration. Example: "Roll Only" is generally a requirement for AGCO Spraycoupes.

XP convergence time depends on the number of satellites in view. More satellites = faster convergence.
