| My value has no hydraulic return to the tractor and my box blade stays stuck up in the up position. There is pressure but no return. It’s a laser level / grading system. Even with the manual override on the side it won’t move. The Topcon dealer said he thinks it’s the valve after 8 hours of diagnosing smh. I don’t feel confident in spending $4500 if it’s not the correct repair. Anyone know what could be wrong or where to send it ?
