North Central Iowa | For me, that would be a tough tractor to sell. Ours isn’t leaving even though not used much anymore. Used to be the planting and sprayer tractor. Pretty much only run the bat wing mower with it now. Also used on the emergency generator, though even that duty is normally taken over by a JD 5100e.
As far as what they are worth, take a look a machinery Pete’s auction data. Can parse it down different ways, but hours and condition will be huge factors on a 4240, so I’m really no help. | |
