NW Washington | Go to the outfit that rented the spreader or back to the Lancaster spreader manufacturer and ask about the hydraulic requirement of this unit. Given that they are made for small hobby farms, the hydraulic system should be simple, and an open-center system should work.
I see that Lancaster also makes PTO and ground-driven rigs, which one would think would be better for a rental unit.
