You might see if the FSRC is hosting a grazing day this spring that you can slip away to. They have at least 4 or 5 set ups similar to your drawing except they're single side alleys. All of them are just a little different, but I can try to text you a location pin on the one that used to flow the best and worst. It's been too long for me to remember the dimensions.
