Plus 1, find a Dexter. I bought 4 Dexter double loads from a laundromat that was going out of business. Paid $500 a piece 20 years ago. We keep one in the parlor, washes 20 loads of towels and 3or 4 loads of barn clothes a day. They run 8-10 years with little or no problems, maybe just a drain valve or belt. I still have 2 spares, so I'm good for a while.
