NEMO | Not to be too smart, but this seems to be a common theme in your posts. The poster above gave you some really good ideas. You may need to hire a dozer to come in and completely reshape things to get the water away...and don't say I can't afford it or won't do it...your options are limited. I told you a long time ago to buy a dump truck to haul some rock, sounds like you still need to. And no, tile won't do what you want it to
