Subject: Can a steel hydraulic line be repaired - JIC

nc IA
Had one side of a steel hydraulic line get cross threaded this weekend putting a wheel motor back on my Hagie. The line is long enough that it could be shortened a inch or so and not affect anything. Having trouble locating a place that will take the steel tube and then put a new nut on and re-flare it. Is that a fairly specialty skill, or should I just source a new line - it's only about 2-3' long, and 1/2" tube, but has some custom bends in it on one end.
