Subject: tractor radio retrofit

Got a TW-20 with a poor original radio - the FM is pretty 'fuzzy'. I also have a 7700 with a really shot, same model, radio - it recieves FM & AM all at the same time - poorly of course.

These old (late '70s) dial radios ain't made any more.

So, what can/ should I stick in there? Any old cheap car radio from the discount stores? Looks like faceplates would need to be modified? Do they plug & play, or are speakers, antenna, power going to be any issues?

I'm no audiophile, sure don't want to mess with XM or other such junk, can take or leave CD's, MPG is fine, can live without, etc. Just basically want to pull in the regular AM & FM stations & hear it.

Thanks for any ideas.
