I thought it might go-well here...

Times I have been on an "Electrical Trouble Call" and notices that a pressure pump was kicking "On N Off" every time the water was turned on.

That is a good sign that the "Pressure Tank" is Water Logged" This can cause High Electric Bills and/or quicker motor burn out...

Turn Pressure pump OFF
Turn a Hose Bib on (on Tank or any LOW bib)
Remove a plug high-up on tank (to let air in and water out)
When tank is empty of Water turn off bib and replace Plug
Make tank Air Tight
Torn pump back on

When pressure comes-up and pump shuts off you can "TAP" on the tank - the sound will tell water where the Water Level is
I like to use a felt pen to mark that level
If pump is pumping starting-air Sounding Level will go DOWN
You can buy a fitting that will let extra air output but not Water
