KS | They are planting corn and sunflowers. The planter that is the same brand as the tractor was too simple, we discovered. Any bump lifted it out of the ground and left the seed uncovered.
I agree on simplicity and the plate version of a 7000 unit is about as simple as it gets. It does require a drive system, of course, but the ability to run level is a real plus in their conditions.
The other option is to find an equivalent unit local to Zimbabwe, and engineer the hitch to accommodate the tractor.
