if your nice deli meat starts (or has gotten) to get slimy, just give it a rinse under the tap and eat it. My stomach has never let me down...unlike the rest of my body.
Nothing in our fridge gets thrown out without getting past me. BTW there is no cheese that is too moldy to ever throw out!!
