Subject: Long time Ridge-tillers I need some advice.

Belize
Hi there. I don't post often.. I read.Cant find info I'm looking for. I need opinions on a change I want to make for planting.. I am in an area of the world where we can plant 2 crops a year. Normally the time between harvesting corn and planting beans can be delicate due to rain.. About 2 weeks from corn harvest to planting soybeans. I want to build an 8 row bedder/planter that moves the beds 15" and plants at the same time.. Except for in furrow no fert at planting time. Want to use an 888 Bingham with tall lister shovels, a rolling basket and plant in one pass into new, fresh corn stubble.. Tires set at 90" so I don't have to drive on top of the ridges.. Soil is sand loam. The 888 has a disc running in front of the shank. Is it doable? Will the listers bury the fresh corn stocks? I guess I could go out and try it but I though I would ask for advice before I try it. Also no RTK Thanks
