I know they stopped updates for those years ago. I still have one kicking around with a helix antenna. Powered it up and it continually says "No GPS fix" . I haven't taken the time to see if I can grab an old copy of the latest update they ever put out for it. Was working fine when I used it last a couple of years ago, so I assume it would still work fine if it will connect to satellites. If I can get it to connect and verify it I'll probably throw it in the classifieds cheap. I know the display is still good as I can page through all of the menus from the touchscreen.
