Subject: mission project

KS
I'm working on a mission project. I'm trying to design an dry fertilizer system for banding nitrogen on the crop rows. I have found the 1015 Deere planter that would be available in country. I think I have the trailer part figured out, and I have the rate chart from the operator manual.
Main thing is the drive ratio for driving the rolls the correct speed. It looks like a 1:1 from the wheel the main shaft and then a set of 3 different sprockets on the driver and driven shafts to turn the rolls. My question is this, if the sprocket on the wheel to the main drive shaft are the same size, does this maintain the the 1:1 ratio regardless of the tire diameter? Or would I need to have a factor to apply to the chart for different tire diameters?
This is challenging as it is only 9000 miles from home. LOL
Any insight would be appreciated.
