I don't know which is which, IIRC most mfr's use the same one but only JD uses the other? Have never used JD though so would be curious if thats right.

All I know is my Pro 700's and Ag Leader, 0/90 degrees is parallel with the grid roads/property lines and thats the right way IMO.

I do wish SMS would orient its mapping to the 0 degree measurement though, drives me nuts that the roads/property lines are at an angle to the workspace window. And makes it a PITA to create proper boundaries, gotta create guidance lines with the proper headings and then trace those in the boundary/generic editor which is pretty poor design.
