Fontanelle, IA | I would think that CP/CN strike that was broken by Trudeau probably doesn't help incentivize workers to "work hard". Who knows the overlap of Canadian railcars in the "loop" as they enter the US and then go back again.
I would think that inspections at the southern border for illegal migrants in nooks and crannies of railcars are also probably prolonging rail inspection time requirements also and delaying the trains' release back to their origination point. | |
