Change all 6. It's not that fun, but not terrible. I used a heat gun to soften the new ones. I also ditched the clamps, and used small hose clamps. Way easier than messing with the old clamps.
It's even more fun when you change them on a 4020 with loader arm in the way and upper 90's o 100+ f with high humidity. Being nagged with no escape may be better. HA HA
