| I don't have any inside knowledge, so this is strictly my opinion.
Long term, I think they will. With PP working on a guidance system for sprayers, merging that with a Trimble display would make sense. The previous guidance system from Trimble was built on Android, and the 2020 running on some distro of Linux so merging them may not be a difficult feat, but it could when you consider the processing architecture behind it.
Two monitors, I've never minded having 2 displays in the cab. More information to catch problems faster and I can keep guidance separate from planter details. | |
