Running into major headwinds with an insurance company trying to get my Dad approved for getting his LTC policy to kick in. Part of the issue may be lack of consistent reporting on behalf of the care facility and combined with the company's unwillingness to cooperate in a timely manner. Any tips others have had luck with?
