Subject: Shop floor drains

Whitewater, WI
Looking for advice. Put up a pole barn and finishing a portion for a shop, 40x40. I am planning on putting in some type of floor drain. Our current shop has a single floor drain in the center of the work area. I thought about putting a trench drain in running from the overhead shop door to the far wall so if I pulled something in wet or covered in snow it would all drain underneath. My concern is then I will be trying to run a creeper over it and that will be a pain. I then thought about running the trench parallel to the door about 4-5 foot in and pitch the slab to that. Or, just put a center drain in and make it simple. Experiences? Thanks
