No, totally different product. ESN has some kind of plastic based capsule the surrounds the prill, can float away if left on top after a hard rain and takes a long time to dissolve.
Super U has agrotain mixed in before the urea is made into the dry prill form. Has agrotain all the way through the pellet instead of just a coating of agrotain on the outside of the pellets.
