Subject: Mole Plows?

NCKS
We have a fair amount of ground that in a perfect world would be tiled. Tabletop flat and high water table. The 2 big issues are we have no good outlets so would have to pump out and would going from 100bu corn to 130bu corn be worth the $1500? investment plus continual electricity to pull it out? We do have a lot of surface drainage done that is 2ft deep in a lot of spots. Tight clay ground. Could we do any good by dragging a mole plow across it every 2-3 years? About 2-4ft of drop per half mile would be average range.
