mercer county, il | I think a lot of it boils down to the tire itself. Some of the tires really seem to have improved since Yokohama bought alliance in 2016.
I had some on a tractor I’d bought that weren’t old but had issues, I replaced with firestones.
My tire guy convinced me into putting a set of 900vf radials on the one combine, and they’ve been good for the couple seasons on them. I was hesitant, but they’ve sold a lot of tires, and so far, they’ve been correct.
I think a lot boils down to the tire design and application, and somewhat where it’s made, I know the better alliance tires any made in Israel right on them.
