McCanna, ND | Put on an update kit case offers which is essentially angle irons to turn the stalk rolls from 4 places to cut the stalk into 8 places, 4 cut and 4 grab. Didn’t plug once during all of harvest which is a HUGE improvement from before. Also put on the old style rear wear strips. Finished up in some slightly green corn stalks with a on/off mist today with damp stalks and feeding was perfect all day.
Case should have put these update kits on straight from the factory. It actually made it working corn head.
