If I understand what you are talking about, single ranks of mulch treaters were used extensively behind V-blades and fallow masters.

I believe they are still sold as an attachment by Sunflower, and maybe by Orthman.

If you search for “mulch treader” or just “treader” you might get some hits. But you will probably also find some of the old Richardson machines the had two ranks, oriented as a disk.

Look for some that are hard faced, as they are much more durable.
