Back in the day that I worked for a major boat manufacture we shrink wrap every boat, BUT we left a vent hole otherwise you would have the moisture/mold problem. I imagine with a combine, you wouldn't have solid waterproof bottom (like a boat is normally), so you should have as much condensation problem. However, I'd still put a top vent if possible.
