What should a person “identify” as to maximize a payment????
I would guess female, 1/2 black, 1/2 native Indian….???
If the employees at the FSA office are not allowed to ask or verify, why don’t all, and I mean everybody, go into that office and “identify“. ?.?.?
Let’s use their rules against them!!
Yes, there is the moral stickyness of doing something like this, etc, but the folks in Washington wrote the rules, let’s use them to the maximum extent!
