I use motion at work they are pretty good at finding odd ball parts (alot of our machines are european) and finding replacements for obsolete parts, not sure if I would use them personally for standard bearings, belts, etc. For the farm there is a small mom and pop bearing shop in the area I use their prices and service are better than anywhere else I have found.
