Idk what the premium is but probably worth the headache if you can do that and be good, keep treating and keep as many in the program and sell rest as conventional. Wish i could be more help on prevention but seems I’m using less vac the higher risk they are (after going through a barn they get a lot of viral load/exposure). Seems any calf with outside viral exposure is made worse with the vaccines that include pasteurella.
Better health first 30 days giving inforce and waiting to give a 5 way when implanting. Use to give pyramid with presponse off the truck and it caused some wrecks. Think any vac with pasteurella is best given before weaning 2-4 weeks.

Good luck

Edit: if you have the available space, I’d consider separating pulls. May or may not help, small grass trap with a bale of the best grass hay you have and a stress tub. I hate running a hospital trap but I’ve seen it help in my situation.
