45 years ago,new teacher at school had a few goats.Spray painted orange paint "NO" on each goats sides.Things were pretty wild then on shooting the wrong target as many untrained hunters.They had concerns.Christmas time came and all the hair fell out of the goats where it said 'NO'",,,,,
