s nd | We touched on this last year as I had read where the higher colors were "supposedly" hard on your macular. The electrician put 4000 k in my dirty shop and there is no reason that I can see to go any higher. Not sure either of us were responsible for that good decision if those finding are true. Granted it is a small area and 14 foot ceiling. Maybe outside for yard lights is fine, but for long work periods not so much.
