Not calving until June, because I don’t have any buildings to bring them into, May is to busy, and the bulls aren’t available until then.
I’ve been told to always have salt and mineral out so that won’t change. They have to walk from the stalks through the pasture to get to water so can pick between grass and stalks, hopefully that will work. Mud won’t be an issue as much as the snow will be.
