I've noticed in a field that has very high voltage lines over it (1/2 mi from large coal power plant) that even free signals like WAAS or SF1 can get wonky. Usually it's only right under the lines but not the rest of the field.
I wouldn't doubt that they might also mess w/ higher accuracy signals
