If you are only doing browsing on the tablet and not using any Android apps that are mobile only, a Surface should meet your needs. How easy is it to find cases and screen protectors for the Surface line? Make sure it is powerful enough to run the programs you want to run. Make sure you get one with 8 GB RAM and a SSD.
