If you are asking this question, you have no business attempting to cascade fill an acetylene gas cylinder. Please for your own safety and that of others leave it to the folks with equipment to do it properly at the correct temperatures. Acetylene is incredibly unstable when pressurized and deserves far more respect than most people give it.
