I am hauling corn syrup in a tanker trailer for cattle feed.  The trailer was originally loaded from the bottom, and it has a smaller size manhole on the top because it had pipes for petroleum fumes, and a overfill protection thing that I do not need.  They fill the corn syrup from the top with a solid vertical tube, and it would be a lot easier to line up to load at the plant if I had the normal larger sized locking lids.

Does anyone know where I could get any used full sized lids? from a wrecked trailer?  

I believe they are 20 inch sized.

I also would be glad to trade someone my old lids if they want them to cover a tank trailer where they do not need the larger lids?
