At 19,200, your signal might not be moving fast enough if all 5 boxes are checked. It's like a 28.8k modem vs a 56k modem back in the Dial-up days. At 1 hz, that would be fine, but it's only supplying your location 1x per second vs 5x per second.
You may not need to check all 5 boxes, but I don't know what messages your situation requires, but checking all 5 shouldn't hurt anything.
