Yep, find some epoxy for handles, then clean out all the old epoxy. Then use masking tape to cover the hole in the hammer head that is opposite the handle protrusion. Might want to put some grooves in the end of the handle that goes inside the head so the epoxy has a better chance of holding. Then put the taped side of the hammer head down on a flat surface, pour in enough epoxy, then insert the handle. Works best if you have something to hold the top of the handle while the epoxy dries. You'll want to make sure it's close to square and not twisted, otherwise it become awkward to use. We used to do fiberglass hammer handle replacements at a parts store I worked at.
