You’re probably getting back EMF noise from the electric motor affecting the RF control board cutting it out hence the cycling affect. Where are you pulling the power for the RF relay board from? I would run it separate right from the battery and see if that helps. And don’t run it parallel to the motor power leads as that can couple noise to the other lines. Otherwise you might need some voodoo magic with clamp on ferrite beads on the power to the RF board. Or MOVs (metal oxide varistor)from each brush terminal on the motor to chassis ground and one across the motor leads can clamp noise as well. Want to pick one above 14V and less than 16V otherwise it will clamp the battery voltage. Too high and it won’t clamp the noise.
