You show you are not a farmer, those little pop up showers don't cover much ground and most on the radar have very little that hits the ground. I'm under one now and some thunder and no rain. You probably don't even realize after 2 months of little rain a tenth or two is meaningless. A few small spots of rain doesn't break a drought.
