Here, sales tax is on all new and used vehicles...I believe even 1 ton pickups. I know 1 ton pickups have cheap tabs in MN compared to 3/4 and 1/2 tons though. I have a friend who has no farm or farming background, but still drives a 1 ton because he needs at least a 3/4 ton to pull his toys around and he said he saves a lot in registration fees by purchasing a SRW 1 ton over a 3/4 ton. | |
