I like natural light, but I would not put windows too high on sides sun will be shining in when you are in there, if you look up at bright light thru a window then down it takes a bit for eyes to readjust to the darker conditions, I suppose y0ou can always hang tinted shades over them, but kind of defeats the purpose and more expense.
