West Central IA | Yeah, all we know is wolf, wolf wolf. Doesn't matter if we were dry at the beginning of April and haven't had measurable rain for 3 weeks in May. You can wait it out and maybe pattern changes and maybe it don't. Our crop gets set up by rain in April, May and June. Bone dry here after the 1st 2 months and June is forecast to be dry close to half. I call BS on getting close to trend when the next 2 months are on average less moisture than previous 2 months. Not saying we won't get a crop, but will be greatly reduced. | |
