Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Rear, back center about 5’ off the ground.
For filling cart, I have mine mounted just under the front lip of the roll tarp looking back. Lens does get dusty so mount where there is easy access to clean.
For filling trucks, I have mine mounted on top of tractor cab extended up about a foot.
My monitor is front right. Maybe not the best place since you tend to be looking to the left but that is easier to mount there on most tractors and it seems to work ok. You don’t want to block your view to the right for the combine while dumping on the go. |
