East of Broken Bow | It seems to me, if you signed away your rights to the crop with the landlord, you now have no say in whether or not he lets you cut and bale it.
You could offer to put it up for half, and if he says no, let it go. Your signature is on a piece of paper giving up your right to the crop.
If he lies about the seeding date, that is between you, your conscience, and the landowner whether or not you report it. | |
