It is a personal thing. It allows you a scapegoat if the market goes against you and then you are allowed to keep a perpetual bullish stance.

This is really simple so I will try it as simple as I know how to type it:
Government reports interrupt and affect free markets. I do not like it. IF we are going to have our government dollars used for such market impacting reports it is reasonable to expect some accountability. I am used to their idiotic reports and plan accordingly so not a scapegoat at all. But I prefer they didn’t happen because I am a free market guy.
