The major differences.
4710 has good inline injection pump and more power.
4710 has big wheel hubs all around. 4700 came with small wheel hubs, most were upgraded to large wheel hubs on the rear only, the small hubs on the front are considered reliable.
4710 has lower gears in those big wheel hubs and taller wheels/tires.
