Subject: Cummins Expert needed- post mortem

I got the pump pulled and the issue has been found

The PT pump is locked up tight, will not turn at with a bar in the coupler.
The engine side of the coupler sheared the bolt in the drive that hold the coupler on
I got the engine side coupler off and shaft looks good.

The accessory drive pulley slides for and aft probably 1/2 inch with coupler removed.

My question is there are 3 thrust/shim washers behind the coupler . Do these set the play for the drive?
If I replace the coupler will it fix the movement in the drive?
I assume the coupler is pressed into place with the bolt that holds it in? This 5/16 bolt is hollow to allow oiling into the housing.

Comments and knowledge needed.
